入伍之前
她是位“练家子”
邬亳菲出身于武术世家
在父母的影响下
她于2010年进入武校学习
一开始由于身体条件略显平庸
她便利用更多时间提高身体素质
弹跳不好
她就利用沙坑不断练习腾空动作
柔韧性不好
她就拉伸到流泪也咬牙坚持

自2011年起
邬亳菲开始参加省内、全国
各类武术比赛
曾在第十二届香港国际武术节
武术套路大奖赛
女子刀术和棍术项目中
取得第一名
在第十五届全国武术之乡
武术套路比赛
女子刀术项目中获得一等奖
2014年，邬亳菲
在江西省青少年武术套路锦标赛
女子拳术项目中
取得第二名的好成绩
并获得“国家二级运动员”证书

穿上军装
是她向往的模样
2019年，邬亳菲大学毕业
父母希望她回到老家景德镇
在武术学校里当一名老师
过平顺安稳的日子
但邬亳菲有自己向往的生活
她曾在媒体上看到
陆军首批坦克女车长刘姝杉接受采访

就是当我站在坦克上
风沙拍在我脸上
那时候我才最美”
刘姝杉的话像一束光
刺破迷雾
从那时起，邬亳菲也开始
憧憬自己穿上军装的模样
2019年6月
邬亳菲踏上了属于
自己的军旅征程
少年习武的经历锻造了
她永不服输、敢想敢拼的性格
她实现从大学生到武警战士的

军校任职培训结束后
邬亳菲回到女兵排担任排长
在武警江西总队“武教头-2023”
教练员比武前夕
邬亳菲经过深思熟虑
向领导表达了想参加比武的想法
没过多久
女排长要参加武教头比武的新鲜事
就在支队传开了

在此之前，支队历史上

面对大家的议论和一些质疑

邬亳菲制定了一份详细的训练进度表
每天从早晨6点练到凌晨2点
在快节奏和重压力下
她整个人肉眼可见变得消瘦
皮肤晒得黢黑
身上不时出现新的训练伤痕
但她将这些都抛之脑后
全身心投入教案准备

唯一一名参赛的女兵

综合排名第十三名的成绩

虽然遗憾地与“标兵教练员”称号
失之交臂
