针对春运返程、元宵节期间铁路客运运输量增加情况，合肥铁路公安处及时掌握客流动态、天气变化以及列车到发等信息，组织民警配合客运部门加强旅客乘降引导和秩序维护工作，密切与属地公安、应急救援等部门联勤协作，强化重点车次、重点时段和重点区域的客流引导和巡逻防控。积极开展“我为群众办实事”实践活动，用情用心为旅客排忧解难，为广大旅客营造平安有序温馨的出行环境，全力保障铁路平安畅通。
