日前，河西区妇联举办“牢记嘱托 勇担使命”海河回响——女排精神巡展暨天津女排冠军球员与河西先进女性代表共话女排精神活动，邀请天津女排冠军球员和教练员进行女排精神宣讲，并进行气排球培训。

宣讲开始前，天津女排冠军球员于鋆炜向区妇联赠送冠军签名排球。

天津女排冠军球员于鋆炜结合自己训练和比赛的经历，向在场人员讲述了天津女排的过往故事，从默默无闻的球队，到后来的冠军之师，走过的每一步都充满了辛勤的汗水和不懈的努力。天津女排将士们顽强拼搏、永不言败的精神激励了在场的每一位听众。

在培训环节，主教练孔令鹏详细介绍了气排球的基本技巧和规则，并示范指导基本功动作。大家纷纷组队切磋球技，在发、传、扣、垫和拦等动作的练习中加深了对气排球的了解和认识，体验到气排球运动的魅力。
