4月28日，庆祝中华全国总工会成立100周年暨全国劳动模范和先进工作者表彰大会在北京人民大会堂召开，这是我国第17次评选表彰全国劳动模范和先进工作者。国家电网有限公司系统共有67名职工获全国劳动模范称号，获表彰数量居中央企业之首。

公司以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神，营造学习劳模、尊重劳模、关爱劳模、争当劳模的浓厚氛围，激励广大职工为推动高质量发展奋斗，为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业贡献力量，涌现出一大批先进典型。公司系统此次获得全国劳动模范称号的67名职工来自电力调度、电网建设、运维检修、供电服务、科技创新等岗位，他们是广大干部职工的优秀代表，是值得学习的榜样。

近年来，公司大力开展“高质量发展·岗位建新功”劳动竞赛，充分激发职工的劳动热情、创造潜能，引导广大职工在推动高质量发展中发挥主力军作用；加强班组核心能力建设，加大自主实施力度，打造“能干、会管”的全业务核心班组；实施电力工匠塑造工程，推进工匠学院建设，总结提炼推广劳模工匠技法，凝聚职工团结奋斗；深入开展劳模工匠“四进”、职工“四学”活动，激励广大职工见贤思齐，让劳模身边再出劳模，工匠身边再出工匠。
