内蒙古西乌珠穆沁旗坚持新发展理念，以学习运用“千万工程”经验为引领，完善基础设施，改善人居环境，有效推进牧区全面振兴，走出了牧业强、牧区美、牧民富的发展之路。

2024年，西乌珠穆沁旗投入衔接资金3439万元，推进实施产业化项目23项；建设水源井97眼、引水入户工程66处；落实风光互补项目416户，700余户牧户陆续接通网电；11条127公里牧区公路具备通车条件；建设通信基站66座。常态化推进牧区人居环境整治，新建户厕327个，清运生产生活垃圾4.8万吨。组建社会化服务队伍101支，开展服务1.9万余次，覆盖全旗93个嘎查。开发公益性岗位安置脱贫人口就业86人，代缴社保费23万元，投入“防贫保”50万元，兑现小额贷款贴息资金48万元。

2025年，西乌珠穆沁旗把握新的发展机遇，科学部署乡村振兴重点工作，扎实推进各项举措，为牧区繁荣昌盛持续注入强大动力。年内计划投入衔接资金2220万元，在8个乡村振兴示范嘎查打造规模化养殖小区。持续加强牧区基础设施建设，计划新建引水入户工程126处；争取为1000户牧户接通网电；在确保174公里牧区续建公路竣工通车的基础上，动工新建牧区公路162公里；新建5G基站33座；新建牧区户厕408个。（文/巴达日呼 图/呼钦特古斯）
